Josh Azan graduated from the University of Miami School of Law in 2014, receiving a Juris Doctor and Master of Laws in Taxation. After graduation, he joined the Mergers and Acquisitions team at the Washington, D.C. office of PricewaterhouseCoopers. At PwC, Josh advised clients on over $50 billion worth of business and real estate transactions. Following his time in the U.S., Josh returned home to Canada, completed his articles under Ivor Levstein, and was called to the Law Society of Ontario.

 

Josh leverages his transactional experience for his deals-based practice, which includes real estate closings, business sales, mergers, and acquisitions, and estate planning. Striving to be available to his clients--even outside of normal business hours--is the foundation of Josh’s practice.

 

Outside of the deal-sphere, Josh is an avid golfer and fisherman.
