BIO
After earning a degree in Biochemistry, Alison Rioux graduated from the University of Miami School of Law in 2014 and attended the Intellectual Property L.LM. program at George Washington University in Washington, D.C. Alison is a member of both the Florida Bar and Law Society of Ontario.
While in the United States, Alison gained in-house corporate experience at both Royal Caribbean Ltd. (a Fortune 500 company) and Daniel J. Edelman, Inc. (the largest international public relations company), negotiating multi-million-dollar contracts. She also worked at the
intellectual property/technology transfer offices at both the University of Florida and the University of Miami.
Alison's practice includes drafting and negotiating various types of contracts (including commercial leases, master service agreements, and NDAs), setting up and maintaining corporations, business transactions (including acquisitions and sales), real estate transactions, estate planning, and intellectual property licensing.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling, photography, and cooking.
